Engineering support on the ground
Our engineers are generally electro-mechanical, with at least a basic understanding of PLCs. Dedicated PLC engineers also bring experience working with machinery. The team is supported by a back office and remote technical support, covering work throughout Mexico.
We review the equipment, control platforms and work you need covered, then agree the engineers, training and technical support required. Our engineers follow our procedures alongside yours.
On the plant floor, we speak directly with operators and maintenance teams in Spanish. Where needed, translation tools support communication with your English-speaking technical team.
Experience in high-volume production
Our experience has been built primarily in automotive plants, supporting the machine builders whose equipment keeps those production lines running.
That work brings together fault finding, maintenance, machine changes and coordination with the plant. We apply the same practical approach to the equipment and projects we agree to support for you.
Where our team has worked
Our engineers have supported machine builders' equipment in vehicle-maker plants including GM, Ford, Stellantis, Tesla and Toyota.
That experience also includes tier-1 supplier plants such as Magna, BorgWarner, AAM, GKN and Neapco.

Prepared for your customer's plant
Access requirements vary by plant and visit. We organise inductions, contractor registration, safety documentation, insurance evidence and any required background checks or drug tests.
We coordinate those requirements with the plant before the visit, alongside the work scope, tools and technical information. Access is arranged for each visit; previous work at a plant does not give permanent clearance.
