Who is responsible

Information we receive

When you enquire, we receive your name, company, email address, the support you select, your message, language and any telephone number you choose to provide. We also receive information you send in subsequent correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential machine documents in the initial form.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand the work you need, prepare proposals and manage the resulting business relationship. We also use information where necessary for security, record keeping and legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running a secure service, steps requested before entering a contract where applicable, and legal obligations. If a particular use depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

Who handles the information

Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry and the providers supporting that work. Netlify provides website hosting and form processing; email service providers handle correspondence. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or claim. We do not sell enquiry information.

Our operation is based across the United States and Mexico, and providers may process information in other countries. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Netlify's privacy information describes its handling of personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond, follow up an active opportunity or manage a business relationship. We assess retention according to whether the enquiry is still active and whether records are needed for contractual, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. You can contact us about the retention of your particular enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access or correct your information, or request deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Contact hello@servtechmexico.com to make a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU you can contact your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and external links

This website's own code does not set cookies or use browser storage for advertising or visitor tracking. We do not include analytics pixels, embedded maps, video players or a third-party chat widget. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from Google.

The WhatsApp button is a link, not an embedded chat service. Once a business number is configured, clicking it opens WhatsApp, whose own privacy and cookie settings apply. Until then it opens our contact page. Other external links are also governed by the destination's policies.

If we add technology requiring consent, we will explain it and provide the appropriate choices before it operates. This notice may be updated when our website or information handling changes.
